MORE THAN WORDSMITH

I’m a strategic storyteller, creative problem solver, and voracious learner. Devising and executing content and campaigns that build buzz and drive business growth is my craft and passion. 

My career launched in retail marketing and flourished in fast- paced PR agency work where I designed and led marketing communication campaigns for luxury lifestyle companies. I’ve achieved competitive positioning for brands, big and small, giving voices and viability to global entities like Ethan Allen, Schumacher, and STUDIOS Architecture as well as entrepreneurial enterprises.

Whether I’m developing a content campaign, a product description or a witty headline, my eyes are always on the big picture. I’ve got a knack for spotting unique angles and opportunities, and the creativity and drive to make things happen.  

My press releases and media pitches have resulted in stories with countless media outlets including, New York Times, Architectural Record, Fast Company, USA Today, and Associated Press.  I can transform complex topics into compelling brand stories and conjure up clever headlines; create engaging event and promo copy; write emails and content that drive clicks and conversions, too. 

Having worked in both agency and corporate environments, I am adept at collaborating with a variety of people to reach common goals. “Go team!” is one of my favorite cheers. I love a good brainstorming lunch, and I can get down to business when I need to. Internal communication pieces, proposals, and reports are as much a part of my repertoire as radio scripts and poetic prose. 

I’m currently the Commerce Marketing Copy Director at Wine Enthusiast, where I enjoy working with a team of designers and leadership developing the company’s brand messages, marketing content, print catalog and product copy, and of course—learning all about wine.
